Self checklist

  • I have titled my PR with Region | Cohort | FirstName LastName | Sprint | Assignment Title
  • My changes meet the requirements of the task
  • I have tested my changes
  • My changes follow the style guide

In this PR, I’ve completed exercises using various shell tools, including ls, grep, sort, uniq, head, tail, and tr.

Questions

I found interpreting the tasks in files "script-06.sh" and "script-07.sh" in the "sort-uniq-head-tail" folder a bit challenging. It’s unclear whether I should count all entries and exits regardless of the person, or calculate them per person. The comment "# It should be clear from your script's output that there have been 5 Entry events and 4 Exit events." suggests the former, though the wording could be clearer.
