이번 PR에서 작업한 내용을 간략히 설명해주세요(이미지 첨부 가능)

• vite-plugin-svgr을 적용합니다.
• 이미 수빈님께서 src/assets/icon/index.ts파일을 통해 아이콘을 모두 일괄적으로 export 해주셨으므로 아래와 같이 사용가능합니다.

  return (
    <div>
      <Active />
    </div>

• 직접 svg 파일을 해당 경로에서 바로 import 해서 사용하려면 아래와 같이 사용 가능합니다.
