이번 PR에서 작업한 내용을 간략히 설명해주세요(이미지 첨부 가능)

  • 여러 개의 Post (공고 카드)를 리스트로 렌더링하는 PostList 컴포넌트를 구현했습니다.
  • 공고 리스트를 2열(Grid)로 배치합니다.
  • xl(1280px 이상) 화면에서는 3열(Grid)로 변경됩니다.
