Fix Bug:带灵动导的机型的adjustedContentInset.top(包含safeAreaInsets.top)返回一个浮点数精度极高的异常值 影响判断 下拉刷新造成死循环
复现case:
1、ViewController 在viewWillAppear里 edgesForExtendedLayout.insert(.top)
2、scrollView的edges equal to superView布局
3、scrollView设置了contentInsets.top 比如32
4、执行下拉刷新
