MellowPlayer is an open-source application that needs your help to go on growing and improving!
There are many ways to contribute to the project, even if you're not a developer. You can report (and fix) bugs, add new translations, add support for new streaming services (the core team won't support all services, especially those which are not free), and so on...
To start contributing to the project:
- Read the contributing guidelines
- Fork the project on github
- Read the following tutorials:
- Setting up a development environment (essential for both developers and non developers)
- Adding or updating a translation (for developers and non-developers)
- Adding a new music streaming service (for developers)
- Adding a new extension plugin (for developers)
Feel free to open an issue (or an early pull request) on the bug tracker if you have any question!
This wiki is public. You are encouraged to come and share all kind of personal contributions: new pages, improvements to existing pages, or even simple corrections.
