Fixes: - Upgrade vitest >=4.1.0 + @vitest/ui + @vitest/coverage-v8 in apps/web - Upgrade vitest >=4.1.0 in apps/api - Resolves GHSA-5xrq-8626-4rwp (arbitrary file read/exec via Vitest UI) - 0 critical, 0 high vulns remaining; 7 upstream moderates accepted Also commits accumulated hardening from prior sessions: - Docker resilience improvements (api + web Dockerfiles) - Redis graceful-degradation (redis.ts in api + web) - Auth session DB churn reduction (auth.ts) - Playwright E2E auth fixture (global-setup, .auth/user.json) - Rate-limit and worker hardening - Updated readiness assessment: 97/100 - Deleted stale build-logs artifacts
