What tool do you want?
Tool to determine how long it would take to transfer data. Similar to #539 but adding in the option of over time.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to know how long it would take to either backup or restore from backup from an S3 bucket. I know the file/s I plan to pull are 200GB in size and have 25Mbit/s internet

Is their example of this tool in the wild?
Here is a tool that I hit up on a fairly often basis. Great for determining how long it will take to re-silver RAID drives, or pull from internet backups. https://www.omnicalculator.com/other/data-transfer

Additional context
Having the option to input any variable and calculate the other ones would be awesome.
