Terms and Conditions:

1. Grant of License:
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, DaLion ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create and distribute derivative works based on the source code of the Modular Gameplay Overhaul for Stardew Valley mod ("the Mod").

2. Copyleft Provision:
   Any derivative works based on the Mod's source code must be licensed under the same terms and conditions as this License. This includes the prohibition on redistribution and commercial use.

3. Prohibited Activities:
   a. Redistribution: Licensee is expressly prohibited from publicly redistributing, sharing, or otherwise making the Mod's compiled binaries available to third parties in any form, whether for free or for commercial gain, outside of the platforms listed below:

   b. Commercial Use: Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the Mod's source code or any derivative work created based on it for any commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, selling, licensing, hosting on monetized or donation-enabled webpage, or otherwise generating revenue from it.

4. Acceptable Use:
   a. Derivatives: Licensee may create and distribute derivative works based on the Mod's source code, provided such derivatives are used for non-commercial purposes, are not themselves redistributed, and are hosted on a public Git repository.

5. Disclaimer:
   The Mod is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination:
   This License is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Mod and its source code and destroy any derivative works created.

7. Governing Law:
   This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brazil.

By using the Mod itself or its source code, or creating derivative works based on the latter, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License.
