Added Postgres client & setup SQL that matches it.
Added mediator client to update Postgres with local data.
Added API calls for inspecting, recording, and saving market and shipyard data.
Added API calls for Scanning & saving all 12000 waypoint summaries
Added behaviour script for visiting all valid waypoints in a system and scanning them.
Adjusted mining procure behaviour for utilising freighters as well.
