Add Amoe metrics batch 3/13 (Identiy Management)

This is the 3rd batch of AMOE metrics, i.e. metric(s) in the "Identity Management" category (formerly "Change and Configuration Managment").

Tasks:

• Reviewed and modified metric files (yaml, rego, data)
• General question: Should we rename the "IdentityManagement" category to "IdentitiyAndAccessManagement" (=IAM)?
• Ontology: Currently we have RBAC and ABAC in Authorization. Should we add MAC and DAC?
• Ontology: Should we add a "authorizationTypes" property like I proposed in the metrics now?
• Update ontology files
