Add Amoe metrics batch 5/13 (Compliance)

This is the 5th batch of AMOE metrics, i.e. metric(s) in the "Compliance".
Tasks:

• Reviewed and modified metric files (yaml, rego, data)
• Are the names fine? Changed from "ComplianceManagementAuditInterval" to "ComplianceAuditInterval" and from "CompliancePolicyMethodology" to "ComplianceMethodology"
• Ontology:Add compliance sub class to Auditing with the proposed fields?
• Update ontology files
