This release presents only moderate changes since v1.0, including 1) automatic input switch in a continuous simulation (arising from reciprocal transplant simulations across a climate gradient in SoCal as published in Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution) and 2) a folder of SPA(Scripts of Processing and Analyzing outputs).
