The BMI title must remain 'centile' during filtering so it matches the path_config values. After filtering completes, we rename it to 'range' for display purposes. This ensures: 1. BMI values are properly filtered (not removed as empty) 2. BMI title displays as 'range' in the UI 3. Cases with BMI in path_config show the correct values (Normal/Obese/etc)
