Only filter PHYSICAL EXAMINATION sections that are explicitly mentioned in path_config. This allows: - BMI to appear only in ~50% of cases (when in path_config) - Other PHYSICAL EXAMINATION fields to always show (when not in path_config) - BMI title to be renamed from 'centile' to 'range' after filtering
