I added a task scheduler based on https://scatteredcode.net/parallel-foreach-async-in-c/. For .net standard 2.0.3 we cannot go much further. |

I hope old review issues don't come back but I'll wait until the round is finished to avoid sync issues.
note that EventbriteContext needs a generic argument S is BaseSearchCrititeria to get rid of the not so beautiful internal bool RetrieveFullDescription { get; set; }. No time to fix that yet.
