알림 발송 스케줄러는 개발 배포 환경에서만 활성화되도록 해두었는데 로컬에서 테스트하려면 @Profile("dev") 부분 주석처리 해주시면 됩니다..!
스케줄러 동작 테스트 해봤는데 db에 저장된 fcm 토큰으로 메시지 전송 되었고 알림 내역 db에도 잘 저장되는 것 확인했습니다..!
