Leptonica version 1.74.3

This is a configure-ready release, derived from the master on 8 June 2017.

Addendum: 11 June 2017:
The tarball contains spurious binary objects (xtractprotos, xtractprotos.o) and endianness.h.
Consequently, this is being superceded by 1.74.4.
