About The Pull Request
Replaces all the old snowflake code for drug filled blood pack code with what it should have been, a bloodpack with a reagent in it.
Why It's Good For The Game
Only code was insanely snow-flaked. And the crafting recipe meant you didnt even need blood in the bloodpacks to make it.
