Icicle Engine

The Icicle Engine is a cross-platform, open source ZLIB licensed 3D game engine. It's currently a work in progress, so any pull requests will most likely be merged if we find them useful.

  • Reorganize engine into core, engine, framework, and editor lib "layers".
  • Cleanup engine system initialization
  • Resource manager
  • Graphics system
  • Fix dependency management
  • Memory allocators
  • Redesign input system with action mapping and no GLFW dependency
  • Network system
