Handle alternate HikerAPI user response formats

This pull request improves Osintgram’s compatibility with different HikerAPI response formats.

Changes

• Supports both id and pk user identifiers.
• Handles nested and direct user-response structures.
• Safely skips entries without a valid user ID.
• Prevents errors when displaying results in the output table.
• These changes make follower and following data retrieval more reliable while preserving existing behavior.

Manually verified the updated data-handling flow. No credentials or API tokens are included in this pull request.
