Establish docs/ as a shared Obsidian vault whose team-level config is
version-controlled. Previously .obsidian/ was blanket-gitignored and every
config file was empty ({}), so the vault had no link-format default, no
graph color groups, and each contributor's experience diverged.
- .gitignore: switch from ignoring all of .obsidian/ to selective — commit
the config that shapes the shared experience, ignore per-machine state
(workspace.json, community-plugins.json, plugins/, .cache) and .claudian/
- .obsidian/app.json: useMarkdownLinks=false + newLinkFormat="shortest" +
alwaysUpdateLinks=true (new links default to [[wikilink]] by basename)
- .obsidian/graph.json: color groups by subsystem path (adr/, CODEMAPS/,
theme/, ops/, top-level), showOrphans on to surface graph islands
- core-plugins.json / appearance.json: left as-is (already sane)
See docs/DOCS_CONVENTIONS.md §4 for the link-format contract this enables.
All six auto-generated CODEMAPS snapshots lacked frontmatter, so they were
invisible to tag-pane and appeared as unowned in the vault. ops/README had
the same gap (it even mandates frontmatter it didn't carry).
- CODEMAPS/{architecture,backend,data,dependencies,frontend,sandbox}.md:
add title/tags/status/updated/owner + generator field frontmatter above
the <!-- Generated --> header
- CODEMAPS/README.md (new): hand-written MOC/index note mirroring the
adr/ops/theme README pattern. Lists all six snapshots, the regeneration
cadence, and — critically — links [[dependencies]] etc., which removes
dependencies.md from the graph orphan set. Includes a regeneration note
warning that ecc:update-codemaps must preserve this frontmatter on
rewrite (otherwise next regeneration drops it and re-isolates the files)
Follow-up TODO (flagged in the new README): persist frontmatter output in
the ecc:update-codemaps generator so it survives the weekly regeneration.

ADR cross-references were written as backtick-wrapped numbers (e.g. `0008`),
which violates the ADR rule "always reference by filename, not number" and
made the Obsidian graph ignore the edges. Two issues fixed:
1. Syntax: every 相关 ADR line + CODEMAPS/RUNBOOK pointer across all 11 ADRs
converted to [[filename]] wikilinks (CODEMAPS pointers -> [[backend]],
[[data]], [[sandbox]], [[architecture]]; RUNBOOK -> [[RUNBOOK]]).
2. Missing edges (4) so the relation graph is symmetric and complete:
- 0006 -> 0010 (cancelled contest never runs scoring)
- 0009 -> 0006 (isRated consumed by ContestScoringService; was one-way)
- 0010 -> 0006, 0004 (cancel reuses notification ledger in body but
never declared it; scoring symmetry)
- 0008 -> 0011 (0008 was literally "相关 ADR：无" yet 0011 already
named it as shadow-mode's first consumer)
Also in adr/README.md:
- index table links -> [[filename|NNNN]] wikilinks
- add an honest note under the index: dates marked 2026-xx-xx are
un-backfilled decision dates, not fabricated. ADRs are immutable and
dates are facts — do not invent them; fill YYYY-MM-DD only if known.
…k, ops Convert every note-to-note link in the non-ADR docs to Obsidian wikilinks so the graph view, backlinks, and outgoing-links pane work across the whole vault. Code paths, migration filenames, repo-root files (../AGENTS.md), and external URLs are deliberately kept as literal markdown — they are not vault notes and converting them would create broken graph nodes. - docs/README.md: ~40 links (hub tables, task index, sub-directory index) - docs/RUNBOOK.md: 强相关 ADR pointers - docs/ops/README.md: index table link + add frontmatter (it mandated frontmatter it didn't carry) - docs/ops/arthas-mcp-usage.md: back-to-index link - docs/theme/*.md (6): the dense theme-doc cross-link mesh (architecture, design-tokens, theme-modes, components, extension, README) Style: collapsed [[basename]] when display text was just the name; alias form [[basename|display]] when text adds meaning (e.g. "RUNBOOK §4"); ambiguous basenames (architecture, README across CODEMAPS/adr/ops/theme) use path-prefixed form [[CODEMAPS/architecture]] / [[adr/README]]. Verified post-migration: 0 broken wikilinks, 0 remaining in-vault markdown links, 0 graph orphans.
Bring the docs governance spec in line with the vault conversion (commits c54e212 .. 8652bc7) so the new contract is authoritative, not just de-facto. - §1 directory map: add CODEMAPS/README.md (the new MOC) and the theme/ sub-directory (was missing); note the CODEMAPS frontmatter regeneration caveat - §3 tags: formally adopt the in-use vocabulary that was previously out of spec — new "子系统 Facets" (scoring/rating/virtual/cancel/lifecycle/ websocket/protocol/exactly-once/deploy/rollback/drill/automation/shadow/ observability/diagnostics/arthas) and "文档范围" (docs/ops/architecture/ contributing/onboarding/env/incident) categories. 0 tags now out of vocab - §4 links: rewrite for the wikilink standard — vault-internal notes use [[wikilink]]; code/migration/repo-root/external stay literal; add the GitHub-tradeoff note and a resolver-based cross-validation rule - §7 PR checklist: add wikilink-integrity + boundary-link checks - §8 anti-patterns: add "don't wikilink code paths / migrations / repo-root files" - §9 tools: reframe Obsidian as the vault's native browser; update the obsidian-vault skill description
