About the PR

  • fixed yml labeler, map edits technically edit yml and the way it tried to combine the conditions didnt work, it would say every pr that either edits yml or edits non map is a yml pr
  • remove filled corpsman and paramedic bags, use startingGear storage field instead
    vox and slime corpsmen now get the right survival box, and paramedics actually get their portafib and bodybag
  • use HideSpawnMenu for a lot of things and mail
  • nuke mobster stuff
