Changed all the Delta-V cartridges that you'd usually find in play (Glimmer Monitor, Crime Assist, Mail Metrics) from DS Cartridges to Cassette Tapes. Something something cassette futurism. If you don't like it, cry, and if you're a maintainer and you don't like it, let me know.

Why / Balance

✨ It's a look and most upstream cartridges you see are like this so it makes no sense to clash✨

Technical details

Just meta-json, movement of files, and sprite changes.

Well here's the images I sent to Milon of them isolated in paint.net. Does this count? They'll in all likelihood look different once you get to it in-game.
