About the PR
Do you hate when something happens in game and everyone starts fighting in local OOC? What about when it happens in normal OOC (if this is Peri or Horizon, if that still has OOC?) This simple rule change adds a strongly worded rule about it. Now, you are allowed to AHelp about it so that the admins can STOP the chat fight!!
