About the PR

also cleaned everything up

Why / Balance

headcages exist for this purpose and it makes no sense that you cant use le mind powers because your hands are behind your back

Technical details

  • moved all psionic actions to _DV/Actions/psionic.yml
  • use normal name and description
  • put psionic action icons in the psionic actions rsi

  • I have tested all added content and changes.

Breaking changes

psionics actions are now in _DV/Actions/psionic.yml, their icons in the rsi instead of free pngs
