This framework provides a structured approach to measuring DevRel success across three key areas: - Activity Metrics: Team output and efforts (leading indicators) - Engagement Metrics: Developer interaction and response (leading indicators) - Impact Metrics: Business outcomes and developer success (lagging indicators) The framework includes: - 9 categories of Activity metrics (A1-A9) - 8 categories of Engagement metrics (E1-E8) - 10 categories of Impact metrics (I1-I10) - Developer funnel framework with optimization strategies - Measurement best practices and reporting cadence - Leading vs lagging indicator guidance This comprehensive framework helps DevRel teams justify investments, optimize program effectiveness, and demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders.
This commit adds the full comprehensive DevRel Metrics Framework content including: - Complete Activity Metrics (A1-A9) with detailed descriptions - Complete Engagement Metrics (E1-E8) with measurement guidance - Complete Impact Metrics (I1-I10) with business outcome tracking - Developer Funnel Framework with optimization strategies - Measurement Best Practices and reporting cadence - Leading vs Lagging indicator explanations The framework provides a complete measurement system for DevRel success.
