Repeatmasker stuck at ProcessRepeats: Adjudicating alignments #379
Description
When running RepeatMasker, the job has been stalled for ~3 days at the step “ProcessRepeats: Adjudicating alignments.” The log continues to print long strings of dots without progressing to the next stage.
The command that I used was
RepeatMasker -pa 16 -a -e ncbi -dir 01_simple_out -noint -xsmall -species "Cephalopoda" genomic.fa 2>&1 | tee logs/01_simplemask.log
