how to recover the repeatmodeler stage when it stop when running the LTRstruct

RepeatModeler -database Sa -engine rmblast -threads 20 -recoverDir RM_3982524.FriDec121559052025 -LTRStruct

this was the command to recover, but it was shown has down, but check the rmod.log, it was running the LTR structural Analysis, and generate many RM_* folder.

so how should I handle this problems.
