This project explores mobile phone usage behavior across different age groups using machine learning techniques. By analyzing behavioral metrics such as app usage time, screen-on time, battery drain, and data consumption, users are clustered based on their phone addiction severity. The goal is to uncover insights into usage patterns and determine if age is a significant factor in phone addiction.
- Analyze behavioral data to detect patterns in smartphone usage.
- Apply clustering algorithms (K-Means, DBSCAN) to segment users by behavior.
- Use classification models (Decision Tree, Random Forest) to predict addiction severity.
- Test the correlation between age and phone usage metrics using statistical methods.

- Jupyter Notebook
- Clustering revealed distinct user behavior groups.
- Age showed minimal correlation with phone addiction.
- Behavioral features were more predictive than demographic data.
- Decision Tree and Random Forest classifiers achieved 100% accuracy on the dataset.
