Adds Lube Drums to Cargo

Does what it says on the tin.
Lube drums are available in cargo for 4000 dollaridoos each. Service can department order these; though why you would do that is completely beyond me. A single drum of super lube costs 10000 bucks by standard, while an extra-large drum of standard lube costs 20000. Both require a hacked console to order.

Why It's Good For The Game

Adds more cargo flavor alongside fun tools and another useful dark evil reason for bad actors to hack a cargo vendor. Prices are still decently high to ensure that this isn't just circumventing chemistry completely for people that want access to space lube for whatever reason, while still providing an industrial volume of it. Just in case you need it.
