Base Release 1.0.7

This is the first use of the release feature of github, just to anchor the code version, we should now do this whenever we deploy.

The functionality is everything before significant changes related to CoreMS integration. This version has non-functional tabs for CoreMS.

The next release will include actual CoreMS functionality as well as various tidying/version updates.
