What's Changed

Capability to specify any set of elemental columns. Change is somewhat backwards compatible with previous versions, where CHNOSP were the only elemental columns specified. get/set functions for those elements should still work, but object construction is changed. See the documentation for the new as.peakData

This is the legacy version of ftmsRanalysis and includes all changes up to dd3bc3afbf6d1250d1f86e22b936dcc154f4101d. A large overhaul is in the works which will include the following:

  • Have the ability to ingest output from Core-MS
  • Remove uses of stale packages from delta-rho (the old trelliscope and datadr)
  • Modernize the uses of Kegg and MetaCyc databases
