We're also standardizing on a dedicated `release` GitHub environment for the repos, to lock things down a bit. See: - https://crates.io/docs/trusted-publishing - https://repos.openssf.org/trusted-publishers-for-all-package-repositories.html
I'm also ignoring the "use of fundamentally insecure workflow trigger" regarding the `pull_request_target` usage on our auto-label job, as it's pretty much the singular legit use case.
