Most code here is pulled in from TensorCAS (many years old), but substantial new functionality makes this actually usable. Not yet implemented in parsing (and probably will not be). Includes
Placeholderclass which is widely useful outside of tensor calculations. Also includes the wildly cursed—and widely useful—"trig for sinners".
