This is draft of the what it would entail to adopt ZcashLightClientKit 0.17.0-beta
This will be the first update of a series of enhances towards optimizing UX and performance.
although Unified Addresses are available on this version of the SDK I haven't made any changes towards their adoption. Just maintaining existing sapling functionality

NOTE: This Builds, but hasn't been tested. I hanged the signatures of bridged functions so it will likely crash the app.
