Should fix #665. Afterwards we can merge #595 again, as we will need to reset all databases for #206 anyway.

This PR is that we can avoid doing resets twice.

The error is introduced in the heatmap PR. The geometry with the null constraint is added there. I don't think the cronjobs should have anything to do with that.
