In ElektraInitiative/libelektra#3023, the kdb commands for getting/setting metakeys changed.
New oldest usable elektra commit is ElektraInitiative/libelektra@704812a, which is when ElektraInitiative/libelektra#3023 was merged.

lcdexec-setup.Updated oldest usable elektra commit in
elektra/README.mdto reflect changes.
