Moving this to a next release, as the simple approach I planned to use (draw a pointed a rooftop of a fixed height, and raise front- and back façade by the same amount) works nice for some facades, but looks ugly for others. Customization on a per-façade-type level is necessary, but this level of customization is not on the current roadmap (progress tracked here ElmarJ/GeoJsonCityBuilder#7).
