Lets Heirs and Regents pick a weapon loadout like various other classes, so their combat and playstyle can be tailored a little more.
This doesn't make them great at combat though, with Heirs still only capping out at Journeyman in the weapon they select.
Also adds a couple more keys to the Heir keyring, so they're less likely to whisk the Key of the Shirleighs out from each other. Additionally removes the graveyard key from nobility roles that aren't Shirleighs or the Hand.
Unrelated, grants the parrying dagger to more duelist/sneaky classes.
Also unrelated, this also comments out the bit of code that forces everyone to spawn with a lit torch.
