Adds motorcycles

This'll add seven bikes. Should come before #20

Also adds a saddlebag system to load containers onto your bikes, which will give soft cargo gameplay before we start on trucks and shit.

It will also add colored alt variants for every single one. In absence of an actual coded key system, I'll probably color code individual vehicle keys for the time being, so your purple scooter key only fits in other purple scooters. at least until proper keys can be done.

Below are the things, inc. sportbikes, choppers, hoverbikes, scooters and other implements of DUI fuel.

Bugs preventing implementation:

• Layering isn't possible. Figure out a way to slice the bike in two layers so one half can overlay the mob and vice versa.
