2024 Background options - ASI moved from races, origin feat

• Adds option to move Ability Score Increases from race to background.
  • Flexible Races will be toggled off.
• Adds option for Backgrounds to grant an Origin Feat.
  • Flexible Backgrounds will be toggled off.
  • You still need to click on the feat in the Proficiencies stage to ensure features add correctly.
  • The Skilled Feat from official would not work due to how Solasta orders learning steps, so it is added directly as a point pool to the appropriate backgrounds.
  • Since Magic Initate makes the Devoted background granted cantrip redundant, it is replaced with a bonus language when enabled.
