An Umbraco property editor that allows the editor to enter predefined tokens, phrases or terms for subsequent replacement
Install the pacakage and create a datatype with 'Editor with Tokens'. Fill out some pre-values and save the data type. When added to a doc type the editor will be able to place any of the items in the drop down onto the last point of focus in the text area.
