Genomic Viewer

Release v1.0.0

This is the first release of our Shiny application for the visualization and analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
It is suitable for any king of user since does not require any coding. It combines multiple tools for genomic data exploration, filtering,
and generation of publication-ready plots into a single, easy to use program.

Genomic Viewer can be used in an installer-free mode by pulling its Docker image and binding the example data and configuration file available here or in the Source code.

As an alternative you can download Genomic Viewer installer specific to your OS:

• windows-x64.zip: installer for Windows 10 or higher;
• linux-x64.zip: installer for Linux Debian-based or Red Hat-based for users with root privileges;
• genomicviewer-gui-installer-x86_64.AppImage: self-contained Debian-based Linux app image for users without root privileges;
• genomicviewer-run-macos: launcher and example data for macOS Intel and Apple M1 or higher.
