This beta release of PARFS (Pretty Accurate Reference Frame Selection) is to move the code from "tinkering" to an active usage phase.
This code is very heavily based on Alex Salmon's "ARFS" software, from the paper "An Automated Reference Frame Selection (ARFS) Algorithm for Cone Imaging with Adaptive Optics Scanning Light Ophthalmoscopy".
However it focuses on speed over accuracy, from the standpoint that we don't really need the "best" reference frame with software like Eye Motion Repair.
