Create Udp type

By offering an `Udp` type (see [arduino/avr/cores/arduino/Udp.h](https://github.com/arduino-org/Arduino/blob/master/hardware/arduino/avr/cores/arduino/Udp.h)) the library becomes a bit more useful since it can be used with any library that consumes an UDP socket.
