작업 내용

  1. 스크랩 기능 완료
  2. 카카오 공유 SDK 초기 초기화 에러 수정
  3. 알바폼 상세 반응형 수정 태블릿 사이즈 수정 완료
  4. 지원자일 때만 스크랩 가능.
  5. 이미 지원한 공고이면 "지원하기" 버튼 대신 "이미 지원한 공고입니다" 표시
