  1. Use EntryID type in FairRun and derived classes 

    Replaced `Int_t` with the new type `EntryID`
in `FairRun` and derived classes.

Depracated `void FairRunAna::Run(Long64_t entry)`,
which internally calls introduced `void RunSingle(FairRoot::EntryID entry);`.
