Edited file to use mono instead of stereo - because of how it was coded; Minecraft only has Volume Attenuation available for mono sound files and not for stereo; therefore anything using stereo will lack sound fading - shoutout to the Figura helper team for helping me with a personal project that lead me to this realization; may yall be remembered :D
