slider를 사용하여 [관심있는 아이돌 추가] 부분을 api로 호출하였습니다

- receive와 target을 받아 달성률을 시각적으로 표현하는 ProgressBar 컴포넌트 구현 - Emotion css 함수를 활용해 progress 값에 따라 width를 설정해주어 시각적으로 달성률을 확인할 수 있도록 함 - Card 컴포넌트에 PorgressBar를 연결해 정상적으로 표시되는지 확인 Resolves: #53

RadioButton 간 간격(margin-bottom) 추가 충전 버튼과 라디오 그룹 사이 간격(margin-top) 추가 시각적 간격을 개선하여 UI 정렬을 명확하게 조정함 Ref: #54
