Summary

  • update the proposal to accurately describe the current release flow and highlight which manual steps the automation replaces
  • add a maintainer flow comparison table outlining current versus future responsibilities
  • expand the documentation task to explicitly remove outdated manual tagging and release steps

  • not run (proposal update only)
